Tyler at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Tyler is a super employee! The room was great. My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a hit. We had a blast!

It's a little difficult to find the road that leads to the LA Quinta. Our room was near the stairwell and we smelled smoke the whole night (a problem for us since we requested a nonsmoking room). I feel like they should not put nonsmoking rooms near the stairwell, people are going to smoke there. They did try to keep the hall clean and fabreezed. Also, the guests next to us had dogs. Not the fault of the hotel, but I feel like if they're going to allow pets they should have their own section. The dogs did not stay quiet at night and barked anytime they heard something. In addition these were large dogs and did NOT come across as friendly but loud. I'm not sure if dogs that aren't well socialized with people AND are used to living in apartments should be in a hotel.

Rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable and like there is a ceiling fan in the room. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast and everything tasted good. Staff is very nice!

My only wish is the drapes would cover sides of window to block out the parking lot lights, but this is a minor personal issue of mine. Everything went very well during our stay.

Breakfast was fine. Liked the size of room. Very comfortable, and had everything in it to suit our needs. Tyler was very helpful and provided excellent service.

Initially the tv would not show a picture so we had to call the front desk to come up. It worked fine after that until the next morning when the same thing happened again. I am a big tv watcher so this was disappointing. Everything else was great!!!!!
