First night was horrible, was on the first floor had to put up with noise till 3 am. I called the front office about the noise and was told their was not much they could do just observe (really) and make a phone call to that room (big whoop). Second night was a little better and third night was quiet. But left sleep deprived!

The area and staff were very helpful even the new trainee was very helpful from what she was learning .

the door didn’t close so it’s was cracked while I was gone but nothing was touch

The room was much larger than I expected, and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good.

While the room smelled fresh and clean, there was a funky smell in the hallway. The room showed signs of age and wear, such as frayed carpet at the entryway. I went down to get coffee about 4:00 in the morning and a young lady was putting out breakfast. I went back down a little closer to 5:00 and got some eggs and sausage because I was starving. The young lady gave me a hard time because breakfast wasn't until 6:00. Since the food was already out, I didn't think it was necessary to accost a guest about eating early. I think retraining on customer service might be helpful, otherwise don't put out breakfast 2 hours before breakfast time.
