pillows were terrible. sofa creaked every time you got up from it. no usb charging ports. “Starbucks “ was just a flavor pack of coffee in their machine. my arm could touch the wall while in bed. had to walk sideways to get in on that side. small tv

The room was comfortable and spacious.

The hallways were way too hot, no air conditioning in the hallways…. That was crazy and quite uncomfortable. For the amount for the rooms the hallways should have been as pleasant as the rooms. That doesn’t balance out right.

It was super clean

Clean, quiet, comfortable, as requested.

Breakfast variety should get better as pandemic subsides.

The hotel was located in a good area and was clean

I did not like that the shower leaked horribly all over the bathroom floor, the fact that the extra pillows that we asked for stunk horribly and the fact that the pool was closed. When we booked on Booking.com it said that the pool was open and this was the reason we booked with this hotel. When we got there we were informed that due to Covid the pool was closed. I found this funny because we have stayed in many different hotels throughout the Covid pandemic and the pools have been open. In fact we had just stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Staunton, VA the night before and the pool there was open. So this was really a huge letdown for us. One other issue that we had was that our floor constantly smelled like Marijuana and we also smelled it when getting out of our car.

The breakfast was pre bagged due to the COVID precautions however I did expect a hot breakfast. That being said the options that were given were great and the staff was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay .

Enjoy the breakfast options, needed some gluten free choices maybe more fruits.

Jacuzzi bathtub but larger shower was nice.
