the location is fantastic. the rooms are renovated and everything was nice and clean. they have beach cruisers, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to use.

some of the finish work was done poorly. there aren’t locks in the bathroom doors. while the barn style doors are cute there are huge gaps so you can see right in and the door kept coming off the track

The room was upgraded and it was very nice. Rooms are good size and comfortable

Common bathroom door is difficult to lock. Please change as elderly person cannot easily lock it. Master bedroom bathroom did not have any lock inside. Please install one

the room set up was ideal and had everything we needed

when so booked I believed we paid for ocean view which they could not provide ever because the ocean view rooms are tomecshare rooms

I'm sooo picky about where I stay and the level of comfort and cleanliness I have to have....this place did NOT disappoint! The location for us was great! Easy to get to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Right across from the beach and my son loves trains so watching the Metrolink was an added bonus! The place was very clean and comfortable. The property was a bit older, but very clean and didn't bother us at all. While we were there they were discussing updating the property. We would love to go back once renovations are done. The staff was very friendly. The only down side....we couldn't stay longer, wish we would have booked it longer!

Room was extremely dirty, we had to clean tub, floors, and change bedding ourselves. Room needs to be updated and cleaned for bugs. Roaches in kitchen & bedroom.

I loved that it was so close to the beach and everything from bikes, sand buckets, beach chairs, boogey boards, kitchen items were all included. Very clean and nice felt like home.

Comfortable bedding and a large unit. The deck offered a nice view.

Unit was not very clean When we checked in it also is in need of some updating. Appliances and cutlery were very cheap.

It was close to the beach, literally the view, friendly staff Robert, nice hotel room, loved it!

Maybe the jacuzzi still not being open, it wasn't a big issue just the kids wanted to be in it, but it was ok we understand due to covid it was still shut.
