Can eat, drink, and sleep without having to go anywhere. Hot tub, fireplace, decorated for Christmas 😊
No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was hot, but not tasty. Hot tub needs updated/fix jets.

That the kids had fun.
That my room was missing a light bulb, the shower didn't work right, and the microwave didn't work right.
Also the room was super hot when I got in. My key card only worked some of the time. No one was working in the arcade room. No map of the floor, so I didn't know what floor the arcade was on. No clue where the breakfast was being served.

They were amazing but I don't complain just expect things to change!!
The room had mold in the bathroom and no vent and it smelt musty. Also the bedroom comforter had yellow spots on it. Gross! I brought with my own blankets and it was an okay stay. But it sucked staying Thursday till Saturday since the water park wasn't open till 4pm on Friday. I feel like I wasted my money with my kids since I am a single dad.

,The rooms were great, breakfast was good for the kids until we got somewhere else. Waterpark was so nice. All the food was very good. Everything was pretty expensive but worth it.
I didnt like that even though I bought a room through booking that said it would fit 4 or 5 people they still charged us 15 per person just to stay in the hotel. Trying to get booking and management on the phone together at the same time has been a nightmare for us twice in a row

Breakfast was also carte, and poorly accommodated. Ran out of cups.
Elevators weren't working. Waterslide area seemed less than clean. Had to use 2 separate credit cards for 2 rooms. Requested rollaways and did not get them.

The bed I was in was rock hard and the other bed felt like it had a pillow topper making it more comfortable.
Kids should be placed on the lower levels and adults only on the top floors.

The room was nice. Beds a little hard. Water park was fun.
Breakfast. Really under expectations. Not well attended. Nobody at the front desk at some times. Water park ran out of towels.

There was hardly any breakfast left when we went down to get it...we were disappointed since we thought complimentary breakfast included but it’s only if you get it before it runs out
