The beds were comfortable. Plenty of shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pot.
No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. No place to put your towel or clothing except on the toilet or the floor. No safety bar in the shower for handicapped or elderly. Very unsafe.

Needs updating and refreshing. Bathroom very tiny.

It suited my purpose. Staff allowed me to leave my car parked there the night before my arrival date. I needed this for my mission.
More expensive than I would have liked. A bar would have been nice. I’m not complaining.

Location was great. They didn't have breakfast. The office looked like a repair shop. Our room was nice. It worked out great for what we needed.
The beds were nice and clean. But the floors were not as clean and the extra blanket had lots of hair on it.

There is no breakfast offered. Access to rooms is only from outside walks (we prefer inside hallways) but they do have an elevator. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Still some rough edges, dinged furniture etc that one might not expect at the relatively high price.
Exterior only access to rooms - not good in bad weather.

I needed to check in earlier than the usual time and the person I spoke with had no problem accommodating me and it REALLY helped. I needed a quiet place to complete an online test and things went very well.

It was quiet, temperature controlled,and the staff was friendly.
The bed/pillows weren't very comfortable, the first room needed another blanket. And the decor left a lot to be desired. There was no desk chair. Couldn't screenshare with the smart tv. The hot tub was broken. The refrigerator was buzzing in the second room.

The location between two one way streets, I know that is out of your control. Also the show was awful, no water pressure and no place for the soap or shampoo - rediulous set up.

location is right off the freeway, ample parking available, easy to locate the property, check in was smooth.
it was too expensive for the facilities provided including the quality of those facilities, staircase is Dow right dirty (dog poop) and in general the property has a worn out look. it’s old and outdated clearly.

WiFi signal was very erratic and kept cutting out. Inside the room was nice, but the exterior was dirty and needed pain on the sidewalks. Also piles of old air conditioners at the base of the stairs.
