Clean. Close to Wallace town center. Great staff.

Queen bed was somewhat soft and sagged in the middle. The room was otherwise great.

They told us breakfast was not included.

The location was easy to get to and right off the interstate

The restaurant was understaffed due to a call in. The server did a great job for being by herself but it took time. It was slower then we liked since we were anxious to get on the road. I don’t think anything different could have been done though

The property was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was entirely disappointing. The breakfast had received good reviews so I decided to give it a go... the eggs were cold, the bread for the toast was stale, and the sausage was a meat like substance that laid on me for another day. It was horrible.

This is only nice hotel in Wallace.

Pool and how quiet and spacious the room was.

We were deceived by the advertising. We wanted to relax a day or so after a long trip and enjoy the amenities. But the pool was murky and evil looking (you couldn’t see the bottom); the sauna was out of order; the hot tub had crud in it. The bed was an old style mattress with creaky springs (haven’t experienced that in many years). Two floors but no elevator. Dirty carpet in hallway. But worst of all, no food except in their attached restaurant, and no microwave in the room. To make a cup of tea, while not feeling well, I had to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get hot water. Very poor quality for the money. We stayed in other places that were cheaper and much nicer!

Fine but not free

Breakfast was not included, but there was a cafe next door to get breakfast. The location was great and you could walk to downtown. The staff was fabulous and I would stay there again just because of that. They all went out of their way to make our stay great. I would recommend this place.

Our room was quite noisy as it was next to the ice machine. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service.

Wallace is a great little town

the pool was meh, there’s no elevator, but you have to pay more for a first floor room?

We liked the large rooms and the pool/hot tub.

We appreciate that they are cleaning thoroughly, but the smell of cleaners was rather strong in the hallways.

Wish there was an elevator as I had recently injured my knee and we were traveling for 2 weeks so we had a number of bags that needed to be brought in especially since its as so hot. Wish the front desk would have mentioned the town was currently celebrating Huckleberry Days as we probably would have gone into to town sooner than we did to enjoy the festivities

Room was clean people were great. I needed a place to store my bike the happily did so. The town itself was a lot of fun to visit.

Went to have breakfast at 9:45 am and the waitress said they were no longer serving breakfast. Breakfast was suppose to be available until 10 am. The restaurant staff was not accommodating and rude.
