We had a really hard time finding your resort. Maybe that was our fault, but after several false starts on roads that ended, we found your place. We were relieved!

Beautiful, quiet property with friendly staff. when leaving the property I ran into car trouble and the friendly staff did all they could to make my day easier. Turned a stressful day into a relaxing one. thank you for the great stay!

the exceptional location, the beautiful pool. Staff was above and beyond. The restaurant food was very good, and amazing service. Unbelievable high quality meals, at extremely low cost. The amazing pool side room with a view of the mountains, hated to leave.

We had no idea that this place was a resort with golf course, restaurants, etc. Although we did not utilize any of these it was still a nice surprise. Beautiful forest setting.

Ice machine in our building didn't work

The staff were very friendly, very quick to solve problems, and very attentive. The view in the room was amazing. Staff also replaced the room I first checked into, as it wasn't exactly up to standards, but the replacement room was absolutely beautiful.

The hotel breakfast was awful, there was not even a normal bread on the table, there was no water in the refrigerator. And we had arranged for the rooms to be next to each other, but this did not happen.

The phone number on the booking.com is wrong. Also the Google map direct us to the wrong spot. It's a little challenging to find the place.

We went for a wedding and it was wonderful, the front desk staff was great. It's a beautiful property

We stayed in a room with a king and a fireplace-they said there was one free log but no log in there and we were too tired to call. The door in the bathroom wouldn't stay open-it needs to be fixed, so that was annoying. I also stepped on an m&m which means no one had been in there in awhile to vacuum-so it makes me wonder... the shower handle squeeked everytime you moved it which was also annoying. Some maintenance definitely needed there.

The rooms were big and having a heated pool was nice.

the restaurant wasn’t open for full hours and the staff was unprofessional. We were told to grab menus from the hostess stand and seat ourselves. they didn’t have enough staff for breakfast so they set up a makeshift buffet and it was not very good. there are no covered spaces by the pool so when it rains, your towels and belongings get soaked.

Patio lacked privacy. Terrible & very little coffee in the room- it's like 3oz's. None in the lobby either, you have to go to the restaurant and order overpriced cups.

The bed was comfy and the room was big enough for our needs. The front desk person was very friendly but overworked.

We used to love going to Welches and golfing. The golf course is in really bad shape and they do not have enough employees for the golf course or the hotel. The hotel is really not aging well and upkeep is at a minimum, we were disappointed in our stay. We did get the room we requested but the room is so dated and upkeep is not what it should be. The SPA was closed during our stay.
