Everything was clean and a nice place to stay.

Construction going on couldn't get to pool from inside had go outside its was cold elevator crap under construction Breakfast was terrible, nasty tables food was crap. Bathroom door so heavy should be outside door, vent and light on at same time. Vent didn't get shower steam out of room. Just a mess

At one point I was locked out of my room for over an hour despite the fact I had called down to the front desk to say my card reader was dying.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The breakfast area was clean and respectable, the rooms were clean

1. Very poor maintenance on facility 2. Hot tub broken for months. Still listed as available on website 3. The floor in the main entrance is literally falling apart. Easy to trip over. 4. The pool area well nice and even though the hot tub was not working. They left windows open and it was 40° outside. 5. Our queen mattress was very old and sunken in the middle so people would roll into the center of the mattress. 6. Bathroom tiles coming up off the floor 7. Fan in bathroom not working properly nothing exhausted. 8. Very scary elevator rides. Super jerky

Very pleasant greeting on our arrival. Close to lots of places to eat and in walking distance.

Free hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean room room and clean throughout. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large.

The only thing I could complain about was that the hot tub was out of order, the pool was pretty cold, and the elevator was being worked on, it seemed several times during our stay.

Th staff was polite and friendly. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I didn’t wake up once I laid down which is very unusual. My granddaughter said it was the best bed she’s slept on except her own!

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast ended too early. I was too busy enjoying my sleep!
