it was literally minutes from the state fair grounds. it close to good food and shopping

the breakfast was a little lackluster. the milk was sour at the cereal bar

The breakfast was amazing the staff very friendly. Close to the airport.I liked the cleanness area and comfortable rooms.

The people were nice, the beds were excellent

The hot tub was out of order.

Absolutely nothing didn't stay here the receptionist was so awful to me.

The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met in my life I traveled to visit my incredibly sick husband who may not leave the hospital and the front desk person threatened me about the room because I had my kids. Worst man ever.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. Have no complaints with the room.

The front desk person was very rude. Made a lot of comments to me about how I smelled and how I couldn't afford the room. Also refused to give me a receipt for my time there. He also made me feel very uncomfortable when making comments about watching me on the cameras everytime I left and returned. I feel he over charged me when I had to pay cash for my last night there. He made a statement to me that he should keep my deposit because I had food in the trash can in my room when I was checking out. I would really like to get a refund.

Overall great experience at the hotel. They are very welcoming and friendly and answered a lot of my questions.The hotel room itself was very neat and organized and felt very warm.

The staff was friendly. The room was huge.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort inn. The room was great with a king bed, fold-out couch and bunk beds. It is a great value . The staff was friendly and helpful.

All the staff at this hotel were exceptionally pleasant, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They saver every a full breakfast and the food was very tasty. Great location for all the things I needed to do in and around Phoenix.

The fact that they are bringing back the complementary breakfast, that just set them apart from the rest" Overall had a great experience. Friendly staff at the front desk! Breakfast was very great! Did not have the opportunity to use the pool or jacuzzi but maybe next time!
