Breakfast could have more items like other places. Eggs,bacon, and sausage.

The breakfast was great. I accidently forgot some items and the staff was kind and returned them to be. Thank you

Went to check in at noon, and he charged me a $50 “early check in fee” even though the room was already ready and wouldn’t have been used by anyone else for the next 3 hours before the 3pm check in time. I had also put a credit card down to hold the hotel and upon payment at the hotel the man wouldn’t let me change the card. I attempted to change the card again at checkout and he told me no, the other card was already charged and there was nothing he could do about it. Found him to be very rude and not accommodating for how few people were staying at the hotel.

We asked for extra pillows and they didn't have any pillow cases, when I flush the toilet it was like a plane crashing, they had no buffet breakfast which they advertise which was false advertising and that was the reason why we stayed there was for the buffet breakfast, the air conditioner was loud and made noises all night long and kept us awake. We just got the runaround from the front desk and they were not helpful at all I would like a refund the place was pathetic

be nice if they had shuttle. saw Elton John. almost couldn’t get back. phone died. only cost me $100 to get there. not their fault.

I like all day long hot water service in the reception, since I like to drink hot tea. Hotel location was not bad for a ride-share to convention center.

There was no water in the room, but there is a coffee machine :) You need to purchase water from the reception. Breakfast could be better, very limited options.

Breakfast is vety basic Rooms are big but the decor is very old and outdated. Hotel is located just off a highway.

Basic staples for breakfast which were great to start our day, although some eggs and sausage would’ve been a great addition. Can’t go wrong with a waffle maker! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good sized tv not to mention a pretty roomy balcony.

The pool was closed which was kind of a bummer since the weather was nice. Would have liked to at least have two basic chairs to enjoy on the balcony. but my only main complaint would be that there was construction going on at the freeway and our rooms were facing it all. We could hear it going on until late into the night. I was able to drown the noise with the fan so it wasn’t too bad.
