Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location close to dining, shopping and freeway access. Very clean and inviting pool! TV was great! Nice size refrigerator and microwave in the room.

For $133 per night, breakfast should be included - no breakfast was provided. Although the room had a makeover, the mattress had not. It was quite hard and lumpy. The AC unit was noisy but tolerable. The room safe was inoperable.

i booked a non-smoking room. But, when I checked in they only had a smoking room which I reluctantly accepted.

The pillows and blanket were quite flat and thin. I would bring extra pillows and blankets if you come here.

Front desk attendant was absolutely fantastic! She was jovial and her customer service exceeded my expectations, considering location. She also seemed to know her usual guests well and I believe that paying attention to your guests is very important within this industry.

The pool gate was a little confusing to me, could’ve just been the weed I smoked. Haha. On the other hand I do wish that they would update their style of linens in the rooms. Very 60s

The area was nice and convenient with lots of stores and shopping the staff was friendly and the hotel had a warm feeling

The young lady at the front desk,Stephanie was amazing! So accommodating & professional!!! We really appreciated her friendliness! The hotel is clean,could use some updating,but overall a good place.Its close to shopping,restaurants,and the MTS trolley system...

There was no breakfast

There could have been some form of breakfast available. All that was offered was coffee. Staff was very attentive.
