Confortable bed

Bathroom door doesn’t close, toilet doesn’t work properly

great breakfast, clean rooms and great service.

everything was fine no complaints.

It was CLEAN even though it was a pet friendly hotel. There was no bad odor from previous pets.

Breakfast was good and check in/out was quick. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. It was quiet.

The 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked for non smoking. Ice machine was out. You have to request for room service. The trash was piling up in the room. And guest were putting out the trash in the hallway.

The breakfast course was really good good choices on everything the inside pool was very relaxing. That was a good plus beds are comfortable facility is very clean. Staff is friendly fourth time I stay here. I have not been disappointed.

The inside pool of course it was close to the freeway and not far from any places like grocery stores or gas stations

Staff and atmosphere was terrific and so was the breakfast

The inside of the heated pool area was too cold when you got out.

Waffles were good. Bacon and orange juice were great.

Eggs were not good. Could have been a better selection of food.

The hotel itself is beautiful and so is the location

Being completely turned away after I have received an email saying that they were going to be able to accommodate me with my animal. Drove over 2 hours on horrible conditions under the impression we had somewhere to go seeing how I had an email confirming. Went to check in and bring the cat inside got completely turned away, and had absolutely nowhere to go ended up sleeping in our car

location was good, customer service was great!
