Bathtub would not shut all the way off. You had ti wait 20 minutes between flushes, which is a pain with 4 people. Told front desk. They said someone would be down but no one showed. So told them to cancel because we were going to bed. No phone in room to call front desk. No apologies or seem like they cared.

Staff was not friendly and not welcoming. I stayed there for a weekend and was never greeted by the staff. They charged me a fee for early check in, when the room was ready. I was told on the phone that if the room was ready they wouldn’t charge. The breakfast didn’t cater to special diets. I asked for two rolls of tissue and received one with no explanation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection. It was very good.

Get better beds. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood. Neither of us could sleep. Also, the key cards would stop working if you looked at the wrong. I have never been to a place where you could not have your key near a phone or other cards. I had to go to the front desk multile times because we got locked out of our room.

Room and bathroom quite shabby. Shower has no shelf or ledge or anything to even place a bar of soap. Pool and hot tub closed.
