Well I I booked my stay. And it was $246.27 and they charged me a $100 deposit. But they say they never charged me. When I have all the proof that I was charged $346.27. They are thieves for taking my money when they know they did

The overwhelming scent of Fabuloso (multipurpose cleaner) was the first, bad impression because it was only a slight overpowering of the smell of marijuana. Once we arrived on our floor (3rd) there was an overpowering smell of marijuana which permeated the entire floor which was the worse for us because our room was at the end of the hall. The room, didn't, in our opinion, have adequate outlets for accommodation. There were outlets on one side of the bed closest to the bathroom but not on the other side which made it impossible to charge devices or plug in anything on the side of the bed closest to the window. The shower was undersized (but the water pressure was good). The pressed wood on the desk and other areas were peeling or weathered from what appeared to be previous unrepaired water damage. The floor was dangerously slippery when walking with tennis shoes. The floors looked nice, but whatever they were cleaned with made it slippery after we were already in the room and also made us move around extremely cautious and slowly.

There were a lot of people that seemed to live at the hotel. The breakfast was not that good. Freeze dried food.

Staff could barely speak English or understand needs. Staff could not recommend any activity around the area or knew of any happening activity in the area.

Breakfast area was not clean, quality of food was very bad. No adaquete cups or bowls.

The staff was very friendly and they had a big complimentary breakfast that included just about anything you would’ve wanted.

The location was sketchy, but that could also be the area. Also, they had sprinkles that weren’t working and it was impossible to avoid getting wet as waking by.

The staff was very accommodating
