The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean. Very easy place to get into and out of.

A hot breakfast with more choices would be appreciated

The workers were very rude. Anytime I asked for extra anything I was questioned about why I needed it. When house keeping came I wasn’t walking to the door fast enough for him so he proceeded to open the door before I opened it for him. My cycle started in the middle of the night and got on the sheet. I called the front desk to ask for more sheets she made me explain why and was very rude about it. When she came for the sheets they were more worried about it getting on the mattress then wearing gloves to handle the situation properly. After I already explained the mattress was clean. Also the place has roaches and there was trash behind the night stands which showed barely cleaned the place.

The night staff was very friendly, this was a good location and easy to find. Beds were comfy, the room itself was decent but the bathroom was a little gross looking. The pool was clean and good size.

The bathrooms were a little gross, there was no hand soap upon check in. We had to go to the front desk after our late check in for it. There was only one towel in the room so we had to go every day to get fresh towels. The hot tub had no water in it so we weren’t able to enjoy that. Hot water ran out after one person showered.

I liked the shower and the beds were comfortable.

So.. we had booked our room from a Friday to a Sunday. When my son woke up Saturday morning he had 6 huge bites on both of his arms. As the day went on the bites got bigger. I had spoke with the owner and he had insured me that room 332 did not have fleas or bed bugs! But yet other people staying at the hotel had said that they had seen fleas on there bed. Long story short.. I had taken my son to the doctor and the doctor had told me that they indeed are bed bugs! Also, there pool is not heated at all.. it's freezing!! Also, there breakfast is only Waffles, mini muffins and cereal. Nothing in the hotel room is updated.. and there's also no cartoon stations on the tv.. There's no elevator so make sure you don't bring a lot!! The owner leaves the hallway doors open so all the bugs come in!!

Kids loved the indoor pool. Joy was awesome. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was clean,the refrigerator work great. Even my cat enjoyed her stay.

The rooms weren't as nice as the pictures made them seem. There was pee on the side of toilet tank,hair in the tub,and the floors felt as if they hadn't been mopped in a while. The linens were dingy,the pillows were like laying on a folded towel,and the bed wasn't comfortable. Kids running up and down several different halls all night, lots of smoke in the halls from the doors being propped open all night. Which seems very unsafe. Altogether,I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I was very much ready to leave as soon as we got there. However it was still almost 3 hours home and we couldn't go on anymore.

The lady at the front desk, she was the nicest and best thing about the hotel. I didn't catch her name, I wish I did.

Housekeeping actually banging on the door every morning. He banged so hard each morning it scared us. Hallway was filled with smoke. I had a ground level room, the back door was a slide door, which was great, but each evening I sat out the next door had a big pit bull which kept coming on my side of the porch which caused me to go inside and not enjoy the evening air. The bathroom was pretty small, I had to hold down the lever on the toilet for it to flush all the way. The lamps hasn't been dusted. The pool closed at 11:00p.m. which wasn't a problem, the only problem I had I stepped outside, there was 2women and 1man naked taking a swim, in both pool and hot tub.

Not nothing will not be returning.

The beds wasn't comfy. The bathroom was dirty,the toilet seat wasn't clean. Nasty spots and stains all on both sinks. Just nasty. Want be returning I want a refund. Staff was rude.

I wasn't sure what to expect for the price, but this turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Room was considerably bigger than your average hotel room, which was nice after a week of traveling. New carpet in the hallway, everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Air-conditioning was wonderful. Pillows were great. Also check in was quick.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. I had a banana and glass of orange juice. Would have had some cereal but there wasn't any milk.

Poor poor breakfast overcharged us on a phone charge as well as pet charges. They never would come to front desk to talk to us about the over charges.

Owners were terrible
