We had our family come in and this was our 1st stay at this property …. It will be our main GO TO henceforth!!!

I did a fireplace room on booking.com. At checkin he said didn’t apply to the room I selected and charged me extra $45. Bad business! He didn’t apologize or showed no concern we were seniors traveling.

Location was good to the wedding venue and room was definitely clean.

However, the hotel, room, linens, curtains, carpet, furniture was extremely dated. You could tell the mattresses were aged as well. I hate to leave a sub-par review because the room was clean but just in case it may help the owners realize they need to update!

It was easy to get to, check-in was easy. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms look like they’ve been recently remodeled. It was close walking distance to great restaurants. It’s just a great location and the price was good.

Ice machine was out of order. Ice was available but you had to walk a little bit to get to it. If I was going to nit pick, a less firm mattress. After our 2nd night I slept fine, it was just so much firmer than we like. They might think about some type of doormat? It had been raining and I just hated stepping onto that carpet with my wet, dirty feet.

Gave my room away.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was professional. I like that the hotel sits away from the road.

I was very happy that as a woman traveling alone, I was given a room on the second floor. However I didn't like being the door at the top of the stairs. I didn't realize what a problem it was until I wanted to sleep with people going up and down the stairs. Not really the hotel's fault, but if it happens again, I will see if I can get a different room. Everything else was fine.

I did not stay at all!!!

I booked this location because it had good reviews, and non-smoking but when we looked at the room it was not acceptable at all the smell knocked me over, and undesirables outside playing basketball, others in trucks doing whatever? I am seeking reimbursement for the 2 days I booked. Could not stay there at all.

Old room with old utilities in shower, toilet wouldn't flush. Also, double charged ( 2 nights charged for 1 night's stay for room for "room deposit", that wasn't mentioned at check-in.

The location was great and close to the things we were there to do. We especially liked the staff they were very accommodating and were very apologetic for the problems with the pool. We would stay there again.

The breakfast could have been better, the selection of items were few. Unfortunately, the pool had some issues while we were there, which was one of the reasons we chose this location. Once it was fixed we could only swim 1 of the 5 days we were there.
