The checkin process! The young man at the desk helped me, he was very kind. Apparently I paid a booking company & not the Super 8 in Hutchinson, KS directly. Therefore it was time consuming going through the process of getting the money I paid the booking company transferred to the Super 8 in Hutchinson. Again, thanks to the desk clerk for helping me. I will not go through a booking company again.

I thought the breakfast was good.

My room service. They came and made the bed once and changed out the towels. The remaining days they just changed out the towels. Never vacuumed the room .

Wish I could give zero stars.

I showed up 30 min after check-in, only to find out that my room was not ready, it still needed to be cleaned. I had reserved it 2 months prior. Anyways, I wait, only to get back to a room has not been cleaned, just the beds were made. Then, I took my own pillows, I accidentally forgot them. Now they are telling me that nothing was left in the room. 3 days in a row I have been told to call back and speak to someone else. Not sure who else to speak to. I know it was my fault for forgetting my stuff. But they have no right to steal.
