That the latches on both doors were broke.

My daughters and I checked into the hotel. We went to our room and the overwhelming smell of pool chemicals and cleaning chemicals gave me a headache and nausea within 10 minutes. My younger daughter and myself had to leave the building. I sent my older daughter in to request a refund because the chemical smell was making us not feel well. The declined to give a refund -

Terrible smell in my room, breakfast was waffles and apple. I would never choose it again.

Comfortable and clean I liked the pool and hot tub and the breakfast I felt safe.

The traffic was loud and there were a lot of people wandering around on foot.

The indoor pool with hot tub and video games, and pool table were good. Clean comfortable beds.

Other Quality Inns had a better breakfast. The phone in the room didnt ring through to the counter. Also almost every edge of like the mirror the tv light fixtures had visible dust also found what appeared to be a clipped fingernail on the floor. The socket above the sink didn't work. So the price would have been a better deal at about 150 for 2 nights

It was easy to find and close to the event we attended. Relatively clean.

Parking lot has a very bumpy exit to the road. No meats at breakfast. All carbs except the option of an apple. Coffee at the breakfast was apparently instant. It was dispensed from a push button machine.

Bedbugs!!!!! Very noisy; rooms are not soundproof. Front desk staff not at all helpful. Zero hot breakfast choices (don’t believe there website)

A little disappointed with very limited options for breakfast

We had stated there before. We liked it so we came back. We are from New Mexico.

Breakfast was a little plain. Wished there was more choices of juice. The atrium with pool and games looked very nice. Loved the sound of the fountain.

Better beds, better beds, better beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a box springs. Didn't get much sleep and spent four nights.

women’s restroom near front desk had 3 stalls but one didn’t have a toilet and one was completely disgusting. in our room, the AC vent threw water droplets onto me in bed. we had to abandon that bed and cram into the other bed. Every bit of noise carried into the room (there was some party going on there near the front desk). Decor of the inside atrium was VERY strange, not appealing at all. Front desk covered in so much plastic, I couldn’t hear the front desk clerk who just would not adjust his volume to be heard. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The first room that I was assigned had plumbing issues. I showered and the water would not drain. I waited for someone to show up to look at it or offer me another room for forty minutes before I had to leave for an event. Upon my return, two hours or so later, I stopped by the front desk to see if it had been looked at and it had not. I was followed to my room and they verified that the drainage was improper and moved me to another room. The smell of ursine was so strong in that room that I was disgusted. I used my own cleaning supplies to clean and slept with the roaring bathroom vent on all evening because the scent was so strong. I called the front office and didn’t get an answer so I dealt with it in order to get some rest before my six hour drive back home. I won’t likely use this facility again. Breakfast was nice.
