The ladies at the front desk where great. Very friendly and nice.

That their was no housekeeping. I had to go down everytime i needed towels, toilet paper, trash bags. The room was not that clean. There was stains on the curtains , sheets, carpet was dirty. . .

Very clean , comfortable beds

We heard knocking all night !! Not just on one side of the room but on both side. It sounded like someone was remodeling 🙄

The room was not up to my standards and we paid close to $700 for two nights for something that wasn't worth $75. (Jacked up prices because of the Christmas festival) Every time you flushed the toilet, It made a horrible noise. The carpet was not clean. It was a complete disaster for me. Oh and not to mention the cleaning crew just came in the room before we checked out. They apologized saying they thought it was vacant.

I was charged a $50 dollar additional fee for what the clerk termed incidental fees'. I asked her to clarify and was told a fee for if you smoked in the non smoking room, or anything was determined not proper use of room. I said so this is a deposit fee and I will get this back to which she said yes. If I don't get that back then this will not be a value at all and I will not stay here again in the future. Other than that all was very good.

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Heat worked great.

The linens, bed sheets and towels, were all dingy they were not white and crisp, but rather looked yellow and the sheets had burn holes on them. The water in tub took at least 45 minutes to drain out.

Right off the highway with nearby restaurants. There were renovations going on but did not make an obstacle. Lady at front desk was pleasant and extremely helpful.

No elevator. She reassigned us a room downstairs.

I liked everything about the stay! Except the couple of times ive stayed there i had leave to early for breakfast!

The A/C couldve been colder!

Location ideal for my needs - breakfast was easy to access and nice selection of items - quiet for a weekend, was able to get good sleep. Front desk personnel were very helpful when I needed assistance.

Room rug area had not been vacuumed, trash and grit on the floor - shower curtain had black mold on the bottom - furniture needs repair (desk especially, was NOT cleaned off and chipped wood) - had to plug in the refrigerator to use is, needs good ventilation inside the cabinet, got hot when the cabinet door was closed. Cannot recommend to my friends under these conditions - should not have to call the front desk for a second cleaning of the room.

the room smelled it was ok the couch needed a dumpster really dirty can see the dirt in chair. the bathroom filthy. the bar in tub was nasty I touched it while bathing almost had a fit. the entire room made me cringed. I was the most expensive on my trip and the worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
