I love the friendly staff, everyone is polite! The pool is nice... jaccuzi had a lot of sand in it. You can walk across the street for public beach access. There is a Dennys and movie theater right next door. Highly recommend eating at Sophia's Italian restaurant! That was delicious
I didn't like coming into our hotel room and finding somebody else's black hair on the bed sheets and on the bathroom floor... also the Ants were terrible in our room, mostly all over the night stand and crawling onto the bed I killed so many it wasn't even funny.

It was close to breakfast place and other shopping center
My rooms had some ant in it. The fact the we only got cleaning service one day which was the day before we was leaving and that we had to go down to to get towels and trash bags to clean the room ourselves

The size and comfort of the room were nice. Check in and check out were very convenient. They had a nice little "convenient " store with drinks and snacks in the lobby. If you showed your room key at a few different dining locations you received a discount on your check. We utilized it at Dennys. And the outside sundeck was nice. The distance to the non boardwalk beach was good too.
It was almost a 20-minute drive to the Boardwalk. Luckily, the drive was a pretty straight shot so it was easy. However, I wanted to partake in a few adult beverages throughout the evening and with dinner and chose not to since I had to keep driving back and forth.
Also, we noticed sand in the bottom of our bathtub when we went to shower. I did not bring this up to the front desk because it didn't seem necessary at the time . We just rinsed it down and carried on.

The indoor pool, the cleanliness. Overall super comfortable.
The check out times. Should be able to check in at 12p and check out at 4pm. When you are out of state seems like a waste of time. Not even a full 24 hours if you choose 1 night you have to stay for a full weekend.

It was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean.
The cleaning staff were very noisy when they started cleaning in the morning. They were laughing and talking loud and just loud. I was on vacation so I wanted to sleep in a little and relax! They only had an indoor pool which was too small for the amount of guests at that hotel. There were kids unattended and we couldn’t even get in the pool because they were so unruly!

The room was a good size and comfortable. I had a nice view over the marshes and bay. A number of restaurants are just a short walk away and will give you a discount if you show them your hotel key card.
The WiFi went down for a time on Friday, but I appreciate the staff trying to restore it as quickly as possible.
It's a little confusing to find -- 112th St does not have a light or sign at the intersection as you drive north on Coastal Highway. Look for the Denny's sign and go into the parking lot for the mall; the hotel is at the back with its own parking area.
In spite of being No Smoking, there was a distinct miasma in the elevator and hallway.

Great location and clean. The bay view was beautiful. Staff were pleasant.
Sharing the parking lot with the Denny customers made it hard to find parking. My main complaint was room 409 the shower was terrible. The faucet was almost coming out of the wall. Plus the shower nozzle didn’t have much pressure.

The Staff was friendly and helpful, the Bayview was beautiful and it was easily accessible to the restaurant and Beach.
One Of the elevators was not working properly, and almost caught my hand in it. Sometimes the pool was not up kept As there were no towels, and trash was about.

The King bed was very comfy. The location was ideal for us. Other places of interest were close by, incl the Dennys attached to the hotel.
The Spa Tub was a perk we did not use. We located a crack on the tub and was concerned, so we did not attempt to use jets, which was a bit disappointing.
Alarms went blaring on our floor (4th) at 3am and didn't stop for about 30 mins. Not sure why it came on, but would have appreciated hotel staff contacting us to inform/comfort us.
