I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very welcoming! It was clean. The breakfast was very good. I will stay again.

The only thing that was wrong is our toilet wasn’t flushing that well. I told the lady at the front desk. She left a note for the maintenance man.

The TYV remote was confusing and did not include Fox News. There were some minor signs of wear and needed updated some

Room had a smell...stale Carpet had lint, bottle cap on floor beside bedstand Lobby where the breakfast was served had a strong chlorine smell when we arrived, so we did not go the following morning

It was near the outlet mall, had a meijer next door, and convenience of fast food around.

Lots of rules/strictness! The kids were not allowed a beach ball in the pool. The hot tub was warm at best and the jets are pointed up like water fountains.

There was a little problem the first day. The pool and hot tub were closed. That was 50% of the reason why we came to your hotel. The staff worked very hard and got the pool and hot tub back online and my daughter and myself were ecstatic. You guys are the best

The location was great for traveling to the places we where going to go see. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. Had a nice assortment of things to choose from. ( but didn't like the sausage links or patties).

The window need to be checked, room 357. You could hear the wind coming through and it was making a high pitched whistling sound all night and during the day. Then the people that were next door would not shut up. You could hear them through the wall. It sounded like they were moving furniture around and talking very loud. You could still hear them over our TV. I didn't get to sleep until 5:30 AM . Receptionist for the 3rd shift was very nice. She tried calling them multiple times but they had taken their phone off the hook. Then people didn't want to / or know how to share the Hot Tub. But over all I would stay here again.
