Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking. Friendly staff.
Room smelled bad. Bathroom wasn't clean. Open package of soap. Live bug on the bathroom floor (didn't notice this till we were getting ready to leave the next morning.) We needed extra blankets and there weren't any available. Had to wait till after 11pm to get the blanket.

Vending machines broken. No accommodations in place of it. Bar tender was spaced out!

The told us the wrong time when breakfast ended. So we were not able to eat breakfast, but from what we saw them cleaning up it looked like it would have been a good breakfast.
The pool area was a little on the unclean side, but it wasn't bad though.

I liked when we needed a new room the staff was able to assist us quickly and put us into a new room.
When we first arrived the ac unit had been dumping condemsate into our room and we had to get a new one.

Breakfast cold. Had to hunt for kitchen personnel to get a plate! Disappointed in quality. Even coffee was not good.
Almost everything. Way overpriced. Bathroom was patched everywhere. Mediocre cleanliness. Breakfast barely edible. Never will stay at a “Quality Inn” again!

The front desk was not very helpful & we reserved a room with a jacuzzi and at first they gave us one without a jacuzzi, they did change rooms for us, but that was about the only good thing about it.

Bed was good. Breakfast was ok.
Room door did not latch unless pulled hard. Bathroom door opened against the tub by itself. Tub controls came off and the shower was on permanently. The hot tub was luke warm.

Size and cleanliness of room was super. The breakfast also very good.
Would of prefer a room on the ground floor since I transport an oxygen machine but it was a last minute booking.

Outdated filthy side doors didn't work. Motel smells like dog and mold.

This used to be a quality hotel. Now it’s a has-been.
The manager did not get the memo about hospitality. He actually threatened to call the police because we complained that the tv did not work snd sent up an unqualified person go fix it after 30+ minutes. Nothing good to say about our experience. High priced and unreasonable per fees.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable.
Upon taking the first bite of breakfast I got the stringy feeling of a very long hair in my food that came from the kitchen staff. No hairnets were worn and when I spoke to the front desk and the kitchen staff I was told "I'm very sorry" however when I asked what can be done about it I was basically ignored. I had to pay for a cab and go out to get a meal to eat. Very disappointed in the lack of care for me finding an almost 3 ft piece of Har in my breakfast
