For the most part it was clean. They were not prepared for the items requested at the time the reservations were placed online.
I had to verbally ask for a shower chair and extra towels a few times once on site. I didn’t receive the shower chair until several hours after I needed to shower for evening plans. We never received the extra towels requested. We had to get towels from the pool.

The front desk was friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and I was so surprised because I was looking for an disappointment. I would recommend this place and its only 15 minutes from Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Cherry Beach. Also it is 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. Very good location. Breakfast was descent..

We travel quite often. Best hotel stay we have had in a long time. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and everything was VERY clean. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate at all hours! 15 minutes from the beach!

Location was convenient for traveling, very relaxed area. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was excellent and clean. Building was very quiet at almost all hours.
We had went to our room at 3am of the checkout day(check out at 11am) and our keycards had stopped working, BUT the woman at the front desk was helpful and made us new cards and apologized for the inconvenience.

Breakfast advertised starting at 6.30, but no waffles and warm food until 7.45. But then lady at the breakfast buffet very friendly, delay was certainly only an exception.
