The hotel room was very good, spacious, and clean. The beds were good. The staff was very friendly, except for the lady who prepared breakfast. Breakfast wasn't ready until 8:30 AM. It was a simple and straightforward breakfast.
The fitness room wasn't great; the treadmill didn't work.

La ubicación adecuada por ser el único hotel de la ciudad. Una de las personas del comedor fue muy amable, pero solo fue un día. Estacionamiento amplio, ubicación cercana a WallMart.
Que no hacen la limpieza diaria del cuarto. El desayuno básico pero con algunos de los elementos se observaban caducados. o muy cercanos a caducar. El área de desayuno insuficiente en fin de semana. Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con objetos del anterior ocupante (¿qué tipo de limpieza hacen?)

This was a very disappointing visit. My wife and daughter had a lacrosse tournament all day and did not arrive at the hotel until 930pm only to find that the hotel had not only modified our reservation as requested, they canceled it completely. They then had to drive an hour to find a hotel with vacancy. Totally unacceptable. Yet we were charged for 2 nights with no hotel room.

The staff is excellent and the breakfast is great.
The rooms' maintenance is horrible.

I loved everything about the property. Just had a bad deal with Booking.com that took out money from the wrong bank card and totally messed up my outgoing payments for crucial things that have now messed me up.
Booking.com I will probably never book with them again. I do, however, plan on coming back to the best place in mount olive on a yearly basis, booking directly with Sleep Inn & Suites without a third party.

The breakfast was one of the weakest I’ve encountered. It had the absolute minimum to be called breakfast.
The bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t stay open. The shower faucet had a week stream. The pillows were hard as rocks. Breakfast was weak.

It was VERY clean. Staff were friendly especially the breakfast attendant. Lots of breakfast options for a continental breakfast.
The light switches in our room were broken. They worked ok. This wouldn't stop me from staying there again, but they need attention. The screen in our room was torn most likely from the tree outside. Again, I'd stay it just needs attention. The pillows were flat, but that comes with personal preference. The issues with the hotel would not stop me from staying here in the future.

The temperature was difficult to control in the room and the carpet was sticky.

Breakfast. Nothing hot. Pastry hard. Bed mattress a little too firm and pillows small. Not ADA room as requested and toilet very low for someone with mobility limits.
