Very good location and price. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not it. Good value for mostly hard working construction people.

We liked very little about this stay, it was probably the worst experience we have had in a hotel stay. The only good things were the staff was doing their best and the location, thats it! Will NEVER STAY AGAIN!

Everything else is SUBPAR: Website states pool, hot tub, booked hotel SPECIFICALY for the pool, had my granddaughter with and it was 91 outside, Neither was open for use, nothing stating this on the website, Room pictures show furniture...chairs, foot stool, side tables, fridge, microwave...NONE, NADA NOTHING!...Dresser with TV and night stand between beds, that's all, we had to put everything on the floor, no microwave or fridge for snacks etc. Bathroom door falling off hinges and no lock on the bathroom door either and the toilet seat was falling off.

The staff was nice and friendly.

There was no pool and that was the reason for our stay. The rooms were not clean. The window didn't have a screen or lock and only had a stick in the window.

I like that you guys got alarm clocks with USB ports. So we could charge our cell phones.

Please have the beds checked. Some frames are broken so they sit uneven. Would be better just to remove all tires from underneath the bed frames so they sit even with the floor.

Was mostly empty when we came down at 7:30 ask to replace some items and they said the biscuits were frozen and could not

check their rooms seems like a construction crew used ours previously and sink had spakling debrie in it. also mud spots on shower wall.

The front desk person was friendly.

Poor general maintenance. Pool was empty. Smelled really bad in all the general areas like smoke, mold, and Marijuana. I would have left if there was any other openings in the area, booked because it was the only room I could find.

Financially affordable for a family coming to town for medical reasons

The first night we were there our room was dirty and smelled bad. We dealt with it, the 2nd day in the later afternoon the hall started to have a faint smell of marijuana. After about a half hour the smell got so strong it was starting to make our room smell like skunk. In this room we had our 5 year old who this same day had double eye surgery. The front desk did move us to another room away from this are and we did not smell it in the 2nd room but we could still faintly smell it in the hall.

The place was filthy. There were 2 dead mice outside by the intake fan, old food from previous guests in the furniture, hallways were filthy

The place appears to be more long-term housing for people without homes and in truth, they aren't getting anything good from this place either.

Price was ok.

Getting woke up at 7 am 2 a yelling person outside our window.
