Absolutely nothing

Everything upon arrival was unlikable.

The easy check in.

My tv was broke. I let front desk know but nothing was done.

The property is very run down, holes on walls, has a super strong smoke smell that's gave me a headache and we had to leave. Very inconvenient as we where there for a graduation and we had to change our itinerary and throw off our whole trip

Ice machine.

Shabby interior, poor breakfast, no Kleenex, no coffee maker, desk chair falling apart, poor internet speed, ac couldn't be adjusted.

personnel unprofessional rude and no customer service!! unconditional accommodation price good for sleep wash leave not to un-whine stay chill. needs remodeling to be done professionally not crappy patch work and unclean and wash linen sanitized and wipe all surfaces!!!!

The place is gross. A swarm of flies in the area for breakfast. or what little there was for their so called breakfast. They came and sprayed with insect killer that made everything stink of poison. Rooms are gross. One of the maids asked me for pain killers. Mattress was stained horribly. I stripped my bed to make sure linens were washed for the next victim. Location next to a porn store. Couldn't go for a walk because of possible twisto's lurking in the area.

Tub was stained and rusted. The hall ceiling above my door was exposed. The floor in the room above my room squeaked so loud as patrons walked around in their room. Mold in my bathroom. Horribly stained mattress. Broken desk. Fridge that didn't work. Desk chair that was peeling. Hair on my towels. No toilet paper. No back cover on the remote tape to keep the batteries in. No smoke alarm.weird stains on the bedding. There's way more. I got pictures to prove it.

The price for the room appearance.

The door didn't have a security lock and the bedspread had cigarettes holes. And the ice machine was not working.

I didn’t really like anything about it. The hotel corridors stink of cigarettes. And the city has nothing to offer besides being relatively close to Shiprock (my only purpose of going there)

The staff doesn’t even say hello or look at you as you come in for checking in. The corridors stink. Other hotel guests are loud and weird.
