My sister had her service dog with her and our room led right out to a nice little yard which was perfect for her.

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The courtyard in front of our room was perfect for letting our little dog chase her ball. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was as always very helpful and so nice. This was our second time staying here and will always return as long as they keep up the clean, friendly service.

Not having customers clean up behind their pets. Was a lot of poop that the customer should have cleaned up. Since they didn't, they should have been charged for it.

Good location, and comfortable and spacious room. I like that there's a jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.

I didn't have anything negative to say. We only stayed for one night.

Location, beds

They did not have any pet friendly rooms available, but let us stay with our dog anyway. They were very accommodating. They should, however, have the pet charge on their website. Our trip was impromptu. We paid more that we had wanted to, but there were a lot of no vacancies in the area.

The light at the table flickered, so we didn't use it. I let management know when I checked out. The other thing was the other neighbors would slam their door and upset our dog, but that isn't the motel's fault. People can generally be inconsiderate when not at home.

Fix your air conditioning. That was the only issue we had. It didn’t really work at all & we had to leave the windows open.

The man at reception was very pleasant, and checked us in quickly, he was professional and told us about the amenities, and check out time etc. Our bed was comfortable. The shower was huge and had ample hot water, which is a plus.

The carpet felt damp, and there was an odor in the room like musty mildew, the door jam around the bathroom door had water damage to it, which explained the carpet being damp. the door jam around the main entrance to the room looked like it had been kicked in at one point, and this particular side of the building is on the main route for the ambulances, as we heard several of them go by during our stay.
