Check in hrs were good 4p - 12mid your able to check in.

1-All ice machines down 2-Lots of materials from maintenance in the open were anyone can fall. 3- no one available at front desk or even when you call front desk no one answered and your forced to leave a message. 4- bathroom in room was dirty from floor to toilet. As well all mirrors were dirty as if it was wiped down with milk. 5- extremely dusty everywhere from AC unit to the TV 6- floor was not vacuumed many crumbs on floor from prior guest. 7- coffee maker not working 8- fridge was unplugged and dirty inside. 9- I could hear the person next door using the bathroom walls are super thin ! 10- bkfast was only 1 waffle iron for entire hotel huge line , long wait , not enough to accommodate to all the people waiting. 11- no kind of room directory. It's like a maze trying to find your room. 12- couldn't tell if housekeeping was even around because they are in casual attire not even in uniforms I thought they were guests not staff. Asked for directions and none of the staff knew how to get to other side for elevators 13- there is only 1 elevator

Convenient to highway. They accommodate pets.

It is currently under renovation, so rooms and halls were dated. I was traveling with a pet and room was on second floor with no elevator.

Construction work. The alarm went off in the adjacent room from 4 am in the morning & lasted a couple of hours. The front desk didn't fix it even after repeated complaints.

It was near we supposed to visit.

We booked " Pet Friendly " room. but it was with carpet. I have 1 yr old puppy that she is going to pee on the floor. I didn't like carpet room. Also our bathroom smelt like mold when I opened the door. and Breakfast was no fresh fruits/ Vegs or no bacon/sausage. We wish we could have more variety to eat. Pillows are very uncomfortable. It was like cushion.
