It was okay.
The receptionist gave us the basement bedroom and did not tell us. Breakfast not great so didn’t eat anything.

I got to the hotel and my room was dirty, I requested another room and was told there were none available. I requested a cancelation and was told because I didn't book directly with them I could not cancel or get a refund. The front desk person let me know there's only 2 housekeeper for 100 rooms. I didn't have $500 to book another hotel and was forced to stay there. I needed a roll of toilet paper and had to request it at the front desk. Housekeeping never visited the room during my stay. I have a video that I'm not able to upload but I will be happy to email it to you. I'm requesting a full refund. The room also had a dead roach.

Close to where we needed to be. Have stayed here before and had no issues.
1 of our rooms was dirty. And they only had 1 extra blanket for the whole hotel.

The only thing that I liked was that it was close to a few eating places and a wawa.
Really old and outdated. Really loud guests with their dogs. The floors in the room where not cleaned nor mopped. It was so dirty that my kids feet turned dark.

1. The room was NOT as clean as it should have been!!
2. There was NO game room access as advertised!!
3. The "Hang Out" attached resturaunt/bar was NOT accessible as advertised.
4. The indoor pool was not what it was advertised to be!!
5. The beds were horribly uncomfertable!!
6. A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS... who appeared to be the owners... or family of... took over the entire back entrance of the hotel... making paying guests feel extremely uncomfortable entering or exiting the building...
7. Key card access doors in and out of hotel were inoperable... doors were left ajar for anyone to enter.
8. Front desk employee very rude... acted as if it was killing her to do her job... upon arrival I about peed my pants waiting to ask for a restroom... and the woman would not even acknowledge me!!

Beds were soft. Sheets seemed cleaned. It was off the highway
Pooled claimed to be heated, it wasn't. Advertised whirlpool, none there. Breakfast missing key components, like juice. Lack of variety

The property had on the description as pet friendly and we went ahead and booked it. A day before we travel we openned the property policy in booking and was showing NO PET FRIENDLY. We contacted booking and the property and they said it could not accomodate our pet. We made travel plans change and asked to change our booking from 2 to 1 day, when we sent this request the property told they WERE ALWAYS WAS pet friendly and charged us for the change on the reservation. They still have on their policy NO PET ALLOWED. Terrible customer service and providing misleading information and putting all the extra costs into the customer!
Do not recommend this location!

The staff was very friendly and attempted to help but no housekeeping on the property at the time we checked in.
Keys didn’t work, had to be reprogrammed. One bed cover covered in hairs and dirt stains (looked like would have come off in wash). Bathroom shower, floor and hair dryer had hairs. Floor of room clearly hadn’t been swept - pieces of food, trash and dirt visible.

There were quite a few hairs much longer than mine in the sink. There was no stopper for the tub if you wanted a bath.

The AC was not on when we got there, it was loud, noisy and made it almost impossible to sleep
The pool was dirty, there was gum stuck to the walls
The floors were uneven. The toilet was in the center of the bathroom.
The worst part was breakfast— they did not refill anything and took everything down at 9 despite our paperwork and the front desk stating breakfast was from 6 to 10 upon check in.

Location was close to venue we were attending.
Had issues with first assigned room, toilet not attached to the floor- staff changed our room without question. Asked to have our additional towels left in room-never done had to go get additional towels at the front desk. Really I’m was spacious but bathrooms were not!

Beds and room were ok but the rest of the facility was dirty inside and out dirtiest place. I’ve ever stayed. The vinyl flooring is lifted in several spots, and the tub does not drain.

Beds were okay, pillows are small but also okay.
Room had no hot water and sink would not drain. First room smelled like smoke and the second didn’t allow us to have an enjoyable shower or wash our faces or brush our teeth. The front desk did not offer to move us or look at the rooms- just kept saying they knew there was hot water ( where there was in fact not hot water to our room)
The front staff associate Barbara had a really smug attitude while telling us the manager wasn’t in yet when we tried to check out that morning. Wouldn’t tell us who the manager was, when they would be in, or if they would call us. It has been 24hrs and no phone call.

Rooms were falsely advertised. Walls were painted in different colors from the pictures, floor was not carpeted as ad. Water in sink and bathroom were clogging with every use. Refrigerator and microwave were not functioning. Hotel needs serious upgrades. Breakfast was awful.

I got a chance to see my niece who lives in White Haven, PA.
The heat in my room was less than desirable, at least for the first night. I turned up the heat, past 80, and it seemed to take a long time for the room to feel comfortable. I wore pajamas in bed the first night, but the second night it was okay. I turned the heat down to 75 and it was just right.
