Beds were so comfy and breakfast was awesome!
The lady working the desk that night said I didn’t book enough rooms for the people in my party, I tried to show her on my phone that I reserved rooms for 12 people and she was nasty about it. We didn’t arrive until midnight that night and that’s the last thing I wanted to deal with when I was tired and wore out.

Breakfast was great a lot to choose from very good. Hostess was very helpful. She did her job with all of us around her so great. Coffee was great 24/7 made my husband very happy. The Pool was awesome our 8 yr, old enjoyed an evening swim. Was clean and very comfortable temp. Our room was beautiful bed so comfortable right to sleep every night. We'll be back great place to stay.

It was clean and quiet
They gave me a handicap room light in bathroom did not work ,
Drain in shower was very slow draining ,
Bathtub was very slippery when showering had to do it in dim light
I reported these items too them they said theyd change light was not changed but got more towels
Either they know about it and dont care light is not working

The place was just a bit run down. Hallway walls were all scratched and needed repainting, there were two screws in the floor in our room, not sure where those came from but stepped on them and placed them n TV stand for housekeeping, walls are very thin, hotel was booked and it was so loud all around us, doors slamming, people on the sides of us and above us were so loud. Staff was kind and helpful.

The heater in the room made odd noises all night.
You can hear everything in the hallway and the rooms next door. Not good!

The breakfast was wonderful! A lot of choices and they were very good. We liked the coffee and everything was good! The pool was nice and not overly crowded.
My grandson was with us and he complained about the exercise room not being what he expected.

Our room seemed like it had not been cleaned. There was still a coffee pod in the coffee maker. The size of the room was nice but it had very thin walls, we were in what I'll call the pet corridor of the hotel as we were traveling with our dog. We were able to hear the neighboring rooms alarm go off early in the morning as well as hear the TV and or radio played late into the early hours of the morning.

Janelle who made Everything that went wrong she made it right And she did it with a smile. In other words she went up and beyond what she was supposed to do
Half the time the beds weren't made trash wasn't taken out
