Parking was horrible bad location.. bathroom and closet smelt bad. Our door looked like someone had broken in there was damage to it.. there was a unusable lamp the part where the bulb screws in was broken, pool was closed after we had called before we booked to make sure it was usable or we would’ve gone somewhere else so we could use a pool

We enjoyed service, friendliness, breakfast restaurants in surrounding area, and the overall stay at hotel. We stayed at hotel before and will continue to stay at hotel when we are in the area again. FIVE * HOTEL

They didn’t have a room ready for us upon checkin and we were 2 hrs behind time and my boys had to sleep in the car because the ceiling in our room leaked water over their bed all night. Contacted the front desk attendant he said he’ll bring towels to clean up he never did not did he report the issue to MGMNT the next morning and they couldn’t move us to another room because they were booked. We were not compensated for the inconvenience

The breakfast was decent but nothing great.
The pool area you couldn’t be in for more than a couple minutes as the chlorine in the air burned your eyes. The room we stayed the air knocked you in the face when you opened the door because they had put bleach somewhere in there and it still smelled of it. After being in there a couple hours trying to go to bed with 3 kids our eyes started itching and I called the front desk to ask that we be moved rooms and they said we can’t help you with that just open the window….. really… so I did and what did I find… a window with no lock and no screen on the outside and we were on the 4th floor… seems very safe. But I opened it because we needed fresh air… tile throughout was popped up… there was mold in the shower grout. Do not stay here unless you have no other options

The guy at front desk was nice
Got moved into a second room as first one was filthy disgusting, toilet wouldn’t flush. Second room we found bugs. We had to double book a different hotel which was a huge financial burden with a big family traveling.

The night staff was very nice
The smell was HORRIBLE!!! The doors to our rooms looked like they had been picked open, did I mention the smell was horrible?!

Made beds with dirty sheets. Y'all please pull cover back to check cleanliness. There was crud, hair, sticky stuff on desk/counter. I was moved in another room. It was okay but water was holding in tub while showering. Oh the elevator was a lil trashy

I had 2 pillows on my bed with blood on the pillow cases. I took to the front desk. Kinda disturbing because I didn't know if I was sleeping on clean sheets or not.

The location was the only good thing to say about this hotel.
Had to switch rooms because it was not clean. I wiped down pretty much anything that I know I’d touch or use. Trash was in the room which wasn’t mine. The comforter was stained with blood. All in all, the room had too many dirty areas. I don’t think that any guest should have to clean the room if they paid. Changed rooms and a few hours later,the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Told the receptionist and it was pretty much brushed off. He never came back upstairs to check or anything. I would never book here again and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. They should update things and really deep clean. I tried to work with what was given but it was too many issues there.

It was good. There was a power outage in the breakfast lounge and the food got cold but they resolved it quickly. Staff was helpful.

This place is gross! Boogers on the elevator walls, trash outside over flowing, stains on the sheets, window screens busted out etc... someone took a dump in the pool, the staff poured some chemicals in it and said not to go in for a while. The staff never closed access to the pool and 15 minutes later there were people in it! Disgusting place.
