Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Tv was new and very large. Breakfast was good. My family loved the coffee machine.

We rented two rooms and they were both very worn out and dirty. The shower head in one of the rooms was laying on the shelf in the shower and there were grapes and a hair tie on the floor. The other room had ketchup on the wall and a dirty hand towel still hanging on the shower. Especially with COVID, hotels should be on top of their game. I was too tired to complain, so I got out my gloves and Clorox wipes and wiped down most surfaces. When checking out, I let the front desk staff know about the shower and they gave me a discount and apologized for the inconvenience.

Cold shower in the morning. Website says pet friendly but they are not. The pool was closed.

It was in a good location. Staff was nice.

Facility was clean. Only thing the shower curtain was molded. Could just be a stain, but it didn’t look good.

To whom it may concern the room smell of smoke and it just felt not safe.I was there for a funeral and was already sad was hoping to relax with a piece of mind but had too many people in the hotel wandering around and it felt not safe at all.

I did not like the fact that to many people was wandering around and the place smelled of smoke!!! I thought that hotel was suppose to be clean and safe but i guess not at this one.The hotel felt very unsafe

The male staff member that was on duty during check-in was exceptional, Kind, courteous, knowledgeable. helpful.
