Location is right at freeway entrance, however traffic isn’t heard while in room. Stores & restaurants all nearby.
Room is clean & I feel safe.
Breakfast is probably the best we have encountered yet. Eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries & juices. Coffee is exceptional!
We visit LBB every 2months or so. We’ve stayed at just about every hotel around, this is by far our favorite, for all the above reasons.
Travel with pet as well & are always able to secure ground floor room.
I would recommend this place to friends & family!

breakfast was horrible, hard biscuits, runny gravy and eggs, there was not enough to serve all guests
people were checking in and staff was nowhere to be found, my key card stopped working and had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to finally come around

That it allowed our dog
The vending machine and side door were out of order. The walkways and grounds around the hotel were not conducive for walking the dog. Lots of dog excrement and sticker burrs. The TV remote required batteries.

The room was very clean, the staff was nice. The price was decent.
The only thing I did not like is the other guests in the next room were a bit noisy and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but other than that it was a good stay.

very clean, very comfortable and recently updated and remodelled. Full free breakfast was available. We had already made plans for breakfast elsewhere since a lot of places have stopped serving due to Covid so we didn’t take advantage of it.

Very clean - room, pool, hallways, everything. Decent price. Location was good - not super close to downtown, but right next to I-27 and the loop, so getting everywhere was easy. Breakfast wasn't the Ritz but was better than most other inexpensive motels - waffles, biscuits & gravy, pseudo scrambled eggs, and all the trimmings. Staff was very nice.
There was a mixup about my bill, probably caused by my phone losing signal several times while I was making the reservation and having to start over several times. Had I not reviewed my bill I would have been charged for multiple reservations. It would have been a catastrophe. However, the manager was very accommodating and fixed the issue right away by cancelling the extra charges. CHECK YOUR BILL!

Clean and comfortable room.
. The breakfast was the only low point with my stay but that is the standard with any hotel I stay at! I'm a diabetic. The waffle was a little too runny and when one would rotate the device it would run out of the cooking area!

The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the updated USB lamps, I accidently had forgot my charger box at home.
The 100 dollar deposit that the clerk said would take 7-10 business days to return back on my debit card. Still waiting to receive it.

Very nice and clean
I showed up with my son who was dying to use the indoor heated pool but they closed it before it was time to be closed and wouldn't allow us to swim even though it was working still
