we stayed in the top floor, the rooms had obviously just been remodeled. the room itself was fine.

for a family of three we were only given two towels. when I asked the lobby clerk about getting another he said they didn’t have any. the next morning I went down to get a towel and was told they didn’t have any. so I ended up having to drive to Walmart to provide my own towels. also, breakfast service ends at 9:30 during the week, which to their credit was posted, but just be aware if you come down at 9:35 it’s all closed off.

The facility was great, clean and love the modern decor.

They locked us out of the building and our room at 10:30 am when check-out is at 11. I was traveling from out of town and was quite annoyed that while trying to load my car I was locked out the side entrance. which I specifically took because my husband is disabled and we didn’t want to do any extra walking. We were also locked out of our room that we needed to get back into to gather our remaining belongings.
