Location. Privacy. Clean sheets. The staff 6 friendly with a little attitude. Not very friendly

The place smelled of bleach and other cleaners. The carpets and furniture were outdated. The toilet never stopped running. The window cushions were torn badly. They charge an extra $50 for incidentals. When they should be offering $50 to stay there. It looked bedbug ridden and from the torn cushions I was afraid to sit in the room. It was an experience. Expensive and not worth the money to stay there.

It was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go and the rate was excellent.

pool and gym wasn’t open, they didn’t tell me times for the breakfast and the vending machine was broken and there was a bug on the floor

Staff was friendly and helpful as possible

1st room offered was horrible ( smelled like smoke and had damaged furniture in it). Staff provided a different room on another floor that was better.

very outdated but cleaning crew was up to par the mattress was very uncomfortable and pillows were tiny

I was told no fee to hold unless paying cash called and checked before I booked on booking.com, get there and it’s a different story , my room was very small, cigarette smell even in the non smoking area
