room was clean and comfortable

pool may not have been open - no notice on door to say shut but it looked as if there was a layer of grease on top. Obviously decided not to use. Breakfast was not great, probably one of the worst offerings on our road trip.

the location and friendliness

the hotel was almost empty... but he price was quite high for a week night. probably why hotel had only a few rooms filled.

I was disappointed to find out I hadn’t made the reservations directly with the hotel. I thought I had. And I couldn’t use my AARP discount. That would have been helpful with the number of nites we stayed. That was not good. How was I to know I wasn’t dealing directly with the hotel.

i went to pick up my kids from my mom and stayed there after i picked them up i liked everything walmart was right there in walking distance didnt have to order in or call taxi for nothing pool was nice and clean thank you

the room was great -they did not.....!! keep control of obnoxious guests two rooms near me they slammed doors LOUDLY continuously many people in the rooms ??? AND this was by the front desk... barely able to sleep rate went up by the time I ckd in. the breakfast was fresh and very good very clean place for sure but should get agrip on extremely rude guests

The chlorine in the pool was so high it burned my 6 year olds face and absolutely destroyed his hair which is long to his butt. I’m currently at the saloon praying they can fix it so we don’t have to cut it! I also am displeased over never having our room cleaned. We’ve been there 5 days and not once was it serviced. The bfast bar has also gone way downhill we’ve stayed here 4 times now and this last experience ensured it’s our last !!!

Nothing really

Let's see, where do i start? Me and my daughter BOTH called prior to our trip to make sure that the pool was going to be OPEN. She encountered a rude male on her phone call. And I got the "yes, ma'am, our pool is open!" When we arrive the pool was CLOSED!!! The very reason we booked this particular hotel. We payed $130 more for our two night stay then we originally planned. Because the first place we booked informed us that their pool was closed. Then when i checked out I asked to speak to the manager. He came out and was so RUDE!!! I informed him that we come often to Rapids and that we wouldn't be staying here again. And his exact words were "okay!" I couldn't believe that he would treat a customer like that. I paid WAY more for a room that wasn't up to par. And my granddaughter didn't get to swim like we had promised her! The manager is a JOKE! And needs to have an attitude adjustment.

NO ELEVATOR

we stayed 3 nights, nice big rooms and clean. Location was great. There's alot to do in Wisconsin Rapids. Had great time.
