The lounge and restaurant were closed. The pillows were worn out. The tub had mols and mildew in the caulk. Corners were gross. Asked for non smoking but this was a smoking room with lots of air freshener to cover it up. Smelled like urinal cake in the room.

I sure can, They didn't have the reservation according to the person at the desk and said they had three rooms but we had to pay them directly. So you guys owe me a refurnd in full as they did not honor the reservationl

I am pretty sure the front desk guy who was about 18 years old have friends in the rooms they had for us and he had to hustle them out. One of the room all of the beds were in disorder. I think he was throughing a party.

It was a quick process to check in.

It smelled like smoke really bad. The bathroom needs some mantance the tub is really gross we couldnt even use it. We couldnt find the elevator so we had to carry all of our stuff up 2 sets of stairs.

The Staff was nice.

1. There are several entrances to the building....none of them required a keycard to enter, and the doors were broken. ANY STRANGER CAN ENTER THE BUILDING at any time without passing the front desk. There appeared to be long term residences living there....bikes were chained to interior stairwells...an absolute hazard should there be an emergency/fire. 2. The room stunk...so bad that I had the door opened and fanned air in and out of it with a towel. The toilet would not flush....6 times to get anything to go down. 3. The water was dangerously hot....I was in room 311 (or 315??) (Handicap room)...the hot water handle in the shower was so hot I had to get a washcloth to turn it off. 4. They had "to-go" bags for breakfast....a sugary bar of some sort, apple juice, and apple sauce. Nothing a diabetic could even touch. No coffee or anything in the lobby (you could make it in your own room...but the coffee maker would not reach any outlets) 4. This PLACE IS SO BAD is should be removed from your site.

Our room was very nice and spacious.

The cabinet with the microwave and fridge was placed too close to the entry into the room and made the entry a little too tight. It could have been moved over or put in a different spot since the room was so big.

Beautifully decorated room, direct access to the pool. Very quiet and calm.

Cigarette burns in the sheets in a non smoking room. The building reaked of carpet fresh and the rooms are dirty. Should have slept in the car.

The bed was comfortable.

The TV wouldn’t work. The ice machine in the hall was turned off. The sack breakfast was a joke.
