The breakfast was good and had many options considering it was simply set up in the small lobby space. The manager was responsive to requests. There was a nice space outside for eating it just being outside. Nice big fluffy towels and good configuration of the furnishings.
The window air conditioner was very loud and didn't seem to be well adjusted to changing temperatures, but that just may be the nature of it. The site obviously has been upgraded in recent years and needs to keep on top of it.

Nice Hotel. Basically the only one in town , but newly remodeled and very clean and nice. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Breakfast area is vey tiny and bathrooms are very tiny but overall a very nice place. Outdoor picnic barbeque area that guests can use is very nice.

This is a great spot for traveling through or staying and staying for a great weekend in Hotchkiss. Comfortable beds, clean, great breakfast. Great hospitality from the owners.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The lobby/breakfast area was beautifully decorated for fall. The breakfast variety was top notch and everything was spotless. The towels were so soft - as was the bedding. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable. I was very impressed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

A practical location to visit the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, an hour drive to the South rim (visitor center, lookout, more busy) and half an hour drive to the more rustic North rim -- highly recommended. Very well maintained lodge, friendly keepers, well equipped with bbq, lounging areas outside, etc. A restaurant and supermarket just across the road. A great find!

The staff and service we received was excellent. The room was very nice and mostly comfortable. Parking was very convenient.

Excellent spread for breakfast. We had some food restrictions (vegetarian), so the owners made some wonderful vegetarian breakfast with scrambled eggs, etc. for us. The hotel has a great fire pit where we got together to enjoy our evenings.
Everything was well taken care of. There is nothing that I did not like.
