The entire place was dirty. There were bugs. The attendants were hardly there. The doors were left open with a jam. Did not refurbish towels. It was definitely not worth $600.00. Cigarettes smelled throughout and was in the window sill of the room. If I could give a zero, I would. They should remove the pictures that they have for this location! I wish I could have left and got my entire payment back. Absolutely disgusting place.

dirtiest place I ever stayed. wouldn’t even change or clean room and I had to pay a huge deposit that I never got back.

Place was in a bad neighborhood and dirty and in poor condition not anything like it was portrayed to be!!

Everybody has been friendly and helpful.

The location, the set up of the room and furniture style. Felt cozy inside the room and love the Windows huge plus when inside a building. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful 🥰

I didn't like how there wasn't anyone at the front desk very often at all and even regular motel/hotels have someone attending them even if remotely. The explanation of use of stove was not given, our room was so heavily smoke filled that I personally scrubbed the walls, baseboards, doors and everything in it just to stay comfortably without getting sick. It's was strange how housekeeping was the day before we left which didn't even occur other than our big trash was emptied all though I had it clean we still could've used some clean linens. The next day we were checking out so technically that caused housekeeping double work 😓. It just simply makes more sense to at least tend to your guest halfway through their visit to keep them satisfied and wanting to come back again due to being a pleasant place to stay if you want to grow your guests totals and revenue. Also more cameras could make your guest feel safer as well as better lighting in the halls. Overall I did enjoy my stay with the few exceptions.
