Absolutely standard hotel. A lot of towels. Quick check-in. The rooms are the same as in the photo.
Unpleasant signs like “My hotel, my rules" at the reception should be removed. It is not very hospitable.
The floors in the room are dirty. Employees ignore the "Do not disturb" plate. We were surprised when the employee came in while we were sleeping. When we hung up the sign "Need cleaning," on the contrary, they didn't clean up. It smells like weed everywhere, although you can't smoke here.
In general, it is a typical hotel, good enough for couple nights. Nobody here do not know what mean “Service”, as in many other hotels in the US.

Bed sheets were dirty. Carpets was dirty. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Curtains were stained and dirty.

The beds need to be changed, TV is not clear, The hotel need to be renovated. Everything need to be changed.

The location to the University was very good. The night staff was very helpful in assisting with the noise level above us.
The curtains in the window had mildew stains at the bottom of them and they weren't hooked onto the the rod properly.
There were stains all over the chairs in the room, The bed posts and frames were covered in dust and not clean. The pictures in the room were dusty on top. There were soy sauce packets in the desk drawer. The room was not clean. My daughter and I literally had to clean and spray the room, put towels on the chairs to sit, etc. We had my 86 year old mother with us so moving to another room would have been a challenge so we just improvised.

The staff was incredible rude especially Nora the .....i have video of her bragging about the inconvenience of her denying my reservation because my card that was accepted and held for 3 days in the very same system .
... not to mention 20 minutes before check out and after Payment for the day and upgrade charges to keep the same room so of course I gotta wait 3-5 days minimum for a refund of my money so inconvenience was the emphasized behavior Clearly and at the end of all that I received a refund or the weekday rate from the night before but I paid the Saturday rate and was denied wow....
I contacted the Better Business Bureau so it's thier task now but I'm very disappointed in that place very will never stay there again and will be going to court about this treatment I received after spending hundreds of dollars causing no problems.....

nothing it looks like a trap house.
i didn’t like the fact that the room looked nothing like the photos online. when I saw the room I couldn’t stay so I wanted to get my refund and they wouldn’t give me my money back.

Looks can be deceiving. I’ve stayed here numerous times with no problem. I have seen roaches in elevator and in bathrooms but this stay I couldn’t sleep, woke up with bug bites up and down arm😳🤬😡

held my deposit because they said we smoked in the room. We used a cup for outside and kept it foe each use dumped it and put cup in trash . We would never smoke in a hotel room just wanted an excuse to keep.my deposit ! Will never stay here again!!!!

I had IHOP wich was right next door and it was good.
The had some strong smell and I couldn’t look at outside cause of where I was in the 3rd level of the room.

The air conditioner was infested with roaches. There were people slamming doors, running up and down the hallway, and screaming at 3 am. I left at 4 am.
