The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Location right downtown was perfect for enjoying the night life.

“Breakfast” was essentially gas station sandwiches and cereal…left a lot to be desired.

There is no dedicated loading zone outside hotel for arriving guests. Hotel is on very busy road, and all parking spaces have meters on them. Hotel carpark outback requires guest to walk down flight of stairs. Rooms are not serviced which is ordinary given the cost of a room in this hotel

The location was ideal with some wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The manager and maintenance man were good people who tried to make things better for us.

We had a very noisy heater/AC unit that woke us up all during the night as it went off and on. Maintenance came up and said some of the units were old and nothing could be done about it. We discovered only after our first night that housekeeping only comes in every other day, apparently at all Marriotts now. We chose to stay there because our experience in the past was that Marriott had a good, reliable reputation. I guess they are trying to cut down on costs, but for almost $250 a night you would think they could provide housekeeping each day. The headboard and walls showed serious wear, and there appeared to be a buildup of mold in the bathroom vent. Their breakfast staff bailed out on them the day before so only a high carb continental was available both mornings. Stuff happens, we get it, but we are not able to eat like that and so had to go out and pay for a decent breakfast. We were originally going to be charged over $500 for the two nights stay but were given a decent compensation. However, it was a very disappointing experience, and we wouldn't stay there again.

Comfortable room. Free parking close by, food options close by.

Noisy A/C. Had lukewarm water (at best) in the shower and the sink at night and in the morning.

The parking situation and the stairs. On crutches and the parking Lot had no elevator and then walking to back on hotel. Not good.

Size of rooms and windows, location, friendly staff, clean.

Parking was so far from my room. Up and downstairs to get to my car. The mattress in my room was like a cinder block, and the toilet was way to low to sit down on. .
