Loved the dinner and breakfast and drink offered! The buffet style offering included lighter options..salad fruit grilled chicken.

The mouse at the super bowl viewing party in the lobby area. I reported it to the front desk. A number of guests were upset by it. On chairs and screaming. No staff came to check or look for it.

Beautiful location. Next to park with arch and river views. Staff was very welcoming of me and my service animal.

The location was just what I needed: close to everything where I needed to go. The breakfast is a typical American style: ne vegetables, no healthy options, apart from oats, which is appreciated. Tea and coffee is also available. The best thing was the happy hour, with 3 drinks and a hot meal: very appreciated after a long day on a conference. They allowed a late checkout, which was also nice. Overall, one of the better stays during my many business travels. I felt safe and it was clean and pleasant.

They had only one pillow type - too tall for me, so I had to sleep with no pillow. The sofa in my room was a bit stained. There was an "old" smell in the room an corridors. The breakfast was not healthy. Coffee is terrible, but available all day-round. I would rather have good coffee in the morning, than horrible all day.

Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet and setup.

The check in lane could be a bit bigger and some to help get in and out of traffic would be nice as well n

I really liked the balcony on the 8th floor near the pool overlooking the Arch. Breakfast and Kickback were excellent bonuses. Location in downtown St. Louis was fantastic.

I didn't like the fact that on our last night we did not get to sit out on the terrace balcony and relax because a foursome was vaping and smoking weed on it. Told the front desk and they were sending someone up but it closed in about 30 minutes and could not go back out and enjoy the view or evening. Also car bottomed out or scrapped in the parking garage.

The lobby is beautiful & very large. Check in was quick & easy. Parking was onsite & easy to get to. The free dinner was really good & unexpected. The breakfast was delicious & free too! The room had a great view of the Arch & the ceiling was very tall. The room was clean & didn’t smell. The rooftop view of the Arch was breathtaking.

They didn’t check to see if we had a parking pass & anyone could walk in. So I didn’t feel that safe. The pool was disgusting. Kids were in there playing but you couldn’t see the bottom it was so cloudy & dirty. The floor around the pool was so slippery & the hot tub…had poo in it! You could tell no one had tended to the pool in awhile. Towels & trash everywhere. After a long day of driving I just wanted to relax in the pool but there was no way I was going in it! I wish that the rooftop view was open in the morning for the sunrise.

The Drury is a fun, historic location in downtown St Louis. Great customer service and they respond promptly to your needs.

Parking is a challenge at the property. They have a small parking garage but it is difficult to maneuver in a larger vehicle. There is plenty of off-site downtown parking but it is a walk with luggage, small children, or a disability. The in-room fridge was not working. We notified the front desk and maintenance came to check on it. He moved the control knob but did not work on it. It never cooled and we did notify them at checkout it needed to be replaced.

very noisy. went to the pool and there were about 50 kids. completely ruining the experience for us. we couldn’t use the pool or the jacuzzi. full of screaming kids.

The room was great. Beautiful place. Kind of pricey but worth it.

It wasn't that I didn't like it. Just a bit on high side.

The free breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The view of the arch was nice.

Some sort of sports championship going on. Kids made messes and had popcorn spilled all over the hotel and after 8pm everything was shut down.

The elevator to the smaller section of the hotel was not functioning several times during our overnight stay. Forced to exit through the parking garage to access the main hotel lobby.

Surprised by availability of supper and free drinks.

Not your fault but it was spring break and the hotel was packed with families with children so the pool and hot tub were not good options for us.
