Value for cost and staff was very accommodating and professional.

The staff was super helpful and our room was so nice.

The room was good except the wall lights didn't work and the TV needs replacing as the screen colour is blue. Breakfast was adequate.

There were a few folks hanging around the entrance that looked a bit dodgy. The appearance and odour of the hall ways need attention.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the sfaff were very friendly.

There was noise all night long , called the front desk at 4:30 am to complain. Voices in the hallway and could hear the door open and shut all nite long. Blame the people in the next room for the door. But might have been the door that exit to the back of the building. Was in the last room by the back door.

The front desk man was very nice and helped us.

Rooms were dirty, stains on sheets, a sweatshirt left in the room from previous guest, floors weren’t swept or mopped, elevator is a death trap, and there was no soap in our room.

Great will stay everytime I come.

There were a lot of homeless young people around asking for money from my husband, myself, and others who stayed there. This is a major safety issue guests could get robbed there is no security set in place. The location was not the best it is off of a main road there is no crosswalk. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Was told that drugs were found in the room from the night before I asked what was found because there where no drugs in the room the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and would not answer any of my questions I used to like red roof inn when my ex wife comes to town I would rent a room I can't get over how rude the staff was I was polite and all I wanted to know is what was found that they assumed was drugs

We left after being there for 2 hours. I am requesting a refund.

RV didn’t work. No waste paper basket . Never got tv to work. Only one employee present at facility and he was very young and inexperienced. Requested a refund and didn’t get it. Wi-Fi took forever to get on.

Red Roof Inn is clean and comfortable. the gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. the room was really comfortable and the bed was great!

By far the most comfortable bed on our two week vacation.

Convenient location because my car is in the shop and there’s restaurants and stores just across the street.

The last day I was in the kings bed room but I wasn’t impressed it just quite dirty the faucet in the bathtub and I don’t think I would ever go back to that room again but the queen bedrooms were just in there that were OK

Not clean. Even though it was “newly remodeled”, it was dirty. There was hair on a pillow that was hard to miss. Flies in the room. Smelled like smoke (non-smoking room).
