rude customers to staff

I got a king bed but when I got to the room it was 2 queen beds and the walls were dirty the bathtub had so many burn stains in it and what looked to be a gunshot hole in the tub and had dirty needle caps in the floor it was crazy

The location

There were 3 really loud, cursing fights in the parking lot. I was only there 2 nights. It wasn't what I was expecting. A place called The Hermitage Inn in that area should be a bit nicer. There were cracks in the bathtub and I was afraid the toilet flusher would break off. I had to turn it almost a full circle for it to flush. There were only 2 towels. No hand towels or washcloths, and I had to go ask for toilet paper the morning after I got there

The manager is extremely nice and helpful

Dirty, the chair and ottoman were completely filthy, the bathtub is covered in cigarette burns, there is an exposed electrical outlet that is in contact with the head of the mattress on the bed no chairs, homeless people every time you step out of the door.

No where to store coats, no bedside lamps temperature was set to damn low approximately at68° inside it was 10°Outside the bath linen to old needs replacing no wash cloth were left in room after cleaning .

many people living there selling drugs out of the rooms, there was a lot of activity, and guys trying to call my daughter and I out. inside the room water all over floor from a leaking fridge, I called and they asked if I needed towels. we didn’t even dare pull back covers used our own bedding on top of bed spread, blood on the wall, by sink and a hole that had been patched, I put the dresser in front of the door and was up most the night, hearing people outside, lots of cars were coming and going to different rooms. I slept with an ax didn’t leave my room till morning. I stayed here because I was in a car accident and couldn’t get anywhere else, they did let us check out a little late while waiting for a tow truck and our ride to show up.
