House keeping staff did great job

Breakfast was ok but not Great

- Sign explaining how the shower works :) (if you have both bathtub and shower) - Spacious rooms - good location, close to highway but not too loud

- I had made two separate bookings for one night each (total stay of two nights) and unfortunately the staff (upon check-in) did not manage to book us in for both nights - although I had contacted them upfront (via mail) and they confirmed that it wouldn't be an issue. Went to reception again next morning to ensure we could keep both rooms - Hot tub unfortunately was out of order - Breakfast area directly next to reception in the entrance area; also quite small for the amount of people staying (low-season and early in the morning)

The spa, the beds were comfortable, The price in comparison with what is practiced in Mohab

everything was broken or stain or hole. The breakfast was too much simple with poor ingrédients.

It was centrally located to access state and national parks.

The electrical cords for both the microwave and refrigerator had been replaced and looked to be substandard at best and a possible fire hazard. A smoke detector was beeping through the night in close proximity to our room. There were nail clippings (NOT OURS) on the sink vanity. The toilet in one of our rooms was not flushing effectively. My daughter and I had negative reactions to the pool atmosphere- burning, watering eyes and respiratory symptoms. My granddaughters had a skin reaction to the pool water. The spa had no working jets and lighting was defective. I had to change my reservation and Sandy was great, although she was having challenges with the “new” system. Our original reservation was for one room with 3 queens but was not available for the nights we changed to. She assigned us adjoining rooms and said she would not charge us extra, but, in the end I was.

Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great water pressure in the room. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast was very enjoyable! Great variety to just grab and go! Our stay was very good at a very good value!

I would like to give a better review but needs some TLC.

Room had a funny smell and bed was not comfortable. Stairs are falling apart and there was a solid patch of ice at the bottom, as well as ice on the stairs.

So homey and cozy, breakfast is simple but plenty of options (yogurt, cereal, toast)

Bigger Tvs

Good location for an overnight when traveling on I-40. The breakfast was good, with pastries, fruit bars, cereal, milk, apples, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Our room was clean and spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs. Good WiFi. Staff was friendly.

No elevator to the second floor.

Beds were comfortable, location was convenient and there is a gas station and convenience store on site. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were good.

We had to move into 3 different rooms after our initial check in. TV was not working in the first room, second room had a very dirty heating/ac unit, dirty chairs and carpets. Third room was better, but like the previous 2 rooms, the chairs and carpet were very dirty, stained. In one room, the carpet was becoming detached, bubbling up from the floor. Breakfast was typical chain choices, nothing special. All served with disposable, styrofoam plates, cups and plastic utensils.

Staff was great! I had to ask for many things on this stay and they were more than helpful.

First room had a computer controlled HVAC that was not cooling the room properly. This hotel is in the high desert, all rooms AC's should be working at peak heat times of day. Staff moved us to a room with a normal AC unit and was great for the next two days.

Good location, right off the highway. Was clean, though a bit old.

The location for breakfast was at three tables crammed into a corner of the lobby. Each table seated 5 or 6 people very awkwardly and very cramped.

Not far from freeway. Comfortable beds.

All was good.

there was a storm and some water was leaking through the window. we used towels to stop it. everything else was fine.
