The room was still available.
I got an email that booking was confirmed but when I got there the person behind the counter told me it didn't get accepted. The rooms were still available but he charged me more than the price I paid for online. The property was cluttered with trash and debri.

Location is probably the only "Ok" i will give them.
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. When we enter the room we got so disappointed. The Room was dirty, the carpet looked dirty, it smelled like someone had smoked there we checked the sheets and the mattress cover was dirty and full of what seemed like cigar. Went down to manager and told him the problem , ask him to give us another room said they were all booked, I was like really ? There was only like 5 cars in parking lot, said he could give us new sheets. I then told him we were not satisfied wanted a refund, he said they dont give refunds. After going back and forth I told him to go look by himself. I showed him the mattress, cover the holes on the walls and got same answer no refund , he brought clean sheets, we took the covers out ,mattress were dirty, and pillows were gross dirty. If I was the owner I would have been embarrazed to look at all that. He said that the room was cleaned after last person that stayed there, it was definatelly not. Also there was too much light coming in from the bottom of the door, too much noise. Please don't go there worst hotel you can stay in.Booking.com this hotel should go off your list of hotels. Hope I could report this hotel for not providing a safe and clean place.

very filthy, gross, dirty room.. noisy... you can hear loud music and banging from other/next room... sheets are so dusty.. towels and face cloth are dirty, they look like rugs, you can't even hold it... floor carpet is waaaaaay too dirty,....needs a lot of cleaning....

Location was ok for the event i was attending 3 miles away.
Had a moist damp feel in the air Had odor brought fabreeze at target to freshen air. Looked like my room was under construction. Sink clogged just washing our hands. Tub dirty 3 towels and 1 washing clothes & I booked a room 4 me & my kids. 3 ppl we each need a washing towel 1 roll of tissue not on dispenser it was broken.

Location was ok to the event i attended
Had moist damp feel to air. Had bad odor went to by fabreeze to help No good t.v channels sink clogged just washing hands. This place should be nothing over 60 per night. False advertising on a suite basic room carpet dirty bottom of my kids feet were black. Wifi was slow was ever. Never stay here again.

the beds were not arranged according to the photos, sheets and towels were missing in the bathroom. They don't clean the room daily. It had no microwave and there were holes in the walls.the sheets of both beds were stained and in the bed where my daughter slept there was a spider.

The room was filthy dirty. I wish I would have taken pictures. I asked the staff if I could have another room and he said he was booked completely. The towels were nasty looking. I had to request for extra towels because there were not enough in the room. The sheets on the bed were not clean. There were crumbs on the sheets. I had to ask for extra sheets. The room had not been cleaned before I checked in. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. And to top it off, there were ants in the bathroom. Seriously this hotel needs to be reported to the health department. Please take this hotel off your list of rooms. This hotel is despicable.

I didn’t like anything about this property absolutely nothing at all
it was dirty everything from the towels the bed the blankets the door didn’t completely close it was completely disgusting. I had to use a blanket to make sure nothing came in from underneath and use a chair since it wouldn’t close all the way. This place didn’t even provide toilet paper!!! Never in my life would I want my worse enemy to stay 5 seconds here

the rooms were not clean, there was ants in one of the rooms. the other room had the shower head taped. the property was under “ remodeling”. didn’t seem like it.

The front desk is just so nice! They really make you feel comfortable!
I think the quality of things is just not very good, the towels, the sheets were not very good, they also didn’t have any soap and one of my pillows was smelly!

The water was freezing cold did not get hot it was dirty and majority of it was under construction. The staff was friendly and professional
