property was very old and in need of updates. there were no elevators and I had to carry two pieces of luggage up two flights of stairs.

Stayed 3 weeks ago on same day of week and The $ went up 50.

the staff is so kind and helpful

The place was nice but for the price I would have expected a little more like pots and pans etc to cook in.

The location was great. The laundry room as well equipped with washers and dryer’s and they accepted cards in case you don’t have quarters. The staff answers your phone calls. The staff is really friendly and very helpful.

The room was very dirty. The bathroom door was broken, you had to lift it up and then push it in. there were stains all over the rugs. The cabinets in the kitchen were extremely dirty. The nightstands had stains all over on the inside. in fact all of the cabinets had stains on the inside. There were sunflower seeds underneath the couch and the pull out bed was broken. when we first complained about it the manager said he would be willing to refund us all of our money because they are sold out and have no rooms available. All the hotels were sold out so we really had no choice. When I asked the manager to help us fix the pull out bed it was then that he came to the room and seen that it was dirty and all of a sudden switched us to another room. that room was clearly available the entire time. The walls are very hollow and I could hear the person next-door to us talking to someone and in the night time I heard them snoring. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is 1000% horrible!!! it’s almost as if the water was just dripping down from the shower head. it’s lighter than a light drizzle. I find it so ridiculous that I have to bring this up because I never complain about these types of things but it was really bad. this is a non-smoking hotel but the hallways and the rooms smell like heavy smoke. The refrigerator had water all over on the inside, I wiped it up but then realize The freezer part was leaking water into the refrigerator shelves. Now that I’m writing this review I do wish I had taken photos. This hotel needs a lot of upgrading.

Furniture and decor are super outdated, took me back in time. Stove is from 1980s. Hallway carpet is hideous, has stains & smells really bad. Doesn’t have soda or ice machines on property.

Not much! When I got there I noticed signs saying mask were mandatory but seen the clerk roaming around without one until she seen customers! Very dirty property for the price! Room smelled old

Our queen size bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the property was well kept and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby.

We stayed with a family of 4 and the pullout couch was broken. When I called the front desk he said, “oh yea that sofa bed is broke.” Aware of the problem and still put us in that room. Had to ask for extra blankets for my kids to sleep on the floor. I had to sign saying we would not smoke in our room, yet the entire hallway reeked of smoke.
