The general manager does not like pets. I had my service dog traveling with me and he charged me $50 because I brushed my dog and left some hairs on the grass. I even explained to them I had picked up poop after another little white dog. He even made the comment he had to clean my room. He made a big deal of the hair on the grass but over by the dumpster was piled with trash and broken furniture. There is also piles of pvc pipe in the lawn area along with broken wood picnic tables. Well don't they have to clean the room any way. I sent the pictures of the hair left on the grass to my attorney and he laughed. He will be handling this going forward. They charge you extra for any little thing. The pillows are little flat travel pillows. The TV goes out every 45 minutes for 15 minutes. You can't talk to the general manager with issues he sends someone else while he hides. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

the general appearence of the property was less than it has been in the past. We have stayed there on and off for years, and the property appearence and quality expericence was sub standard.

I loved everything about the property! The grounds are beautiful. My family and I so enjoyed sitting by the river and watching the clouds but the fabulous open-air pool was the highlight. Water temperature was perfect, beautiful flowers all around, it felt private. Front desk was incredible! Honestly I felt welcomed and both employees seemed so warm and friendly. Side note*** the food truck parked south of the hotel has seriously great tacos. So check them out! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the pink tile in the bathroom. This place feels like grandmas house in the best possible ways. Wide variety of options with the complimentary breakfast you’ll actually be excited to eat. This hotel is quaint and charming. There is not one bad thing I could say about Baugh Motel.

The bagged breakfast, because of CORONA was all right. We missed the warm breakfast of the past, but we were filled and taken care of.

We missed the hot breakfast, so we did not like what the virus is doing...nobody's fault.

We love the Baugh. Have been staying at the Baugh for years. The location is not great for us anymore as the family is on the North side of town but we make the drive as we love staying at the Baugh.
