The location was close to area stores

This room was on the first floor across from the cleaning facility. There were carts in the hall so I was unable to pass freely. The staff was talking loud in the hallway, the washer and dryers going all day. This room smells like mildew and that it has been flooded before. I was asked about my stay and I requested another room yesterday morning and was ignored. Staff was not friendly at all.

THE BREAKFAST WAS NICE AND HOT BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD.

BUT THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THAT I COULDNT TAKE THE BREAKFAST BACK TO THE ROOM.

De kamer was vrij somber. Voor de derde persoon, die op de slaapbank moest slapen, op de kamer was geen beddengoed neergelegd. Bij het inchecken kwam het personeel ongeïnteresseerd over. Ook het plastic bestek, borden ect bij het ontbijt doet allemaal erg goedkoop aan.

Bien que situé près de l aéroport,il est bien isolé.La chambre était spacieuse, lit confortable, frigo, fer à repasser et de quoi se faire une boisson chaude. Petit déjeuner sympa, j ai bien aimé pouvoir me faire des gaufres . Beaucoup de choix possible.

Les bruit des clients qui vont prendre leur vol dans la nuit. Pas de fruits au petit déjeuner, dommage.

Friendly and comfortable. The airport shuttle is very worthwhile and beneficial. The rooms are well appointed and a nice complimentary breakfast sets you up for the day.

Had a little trouble with getting picked up on a late flight at DFW, 10:20pm, ended up requiring me to get a taxi after an hour wait in 13 degree weather with no winter clothing.

The sofa bed my kids slept on was like sleeping on straight springs no cushion at all the couldn’t sleep and they were complaining we had already switched rooms because the restroom in the first room was dirty

I loved the location of the hotel in relation to places to eat and quick errands, and I loved the bed in the room. It was pretty comfortable and soft! The housekeepers were super, SUPER sweet!

Well, right in the beginning, the hotel staff did not make a good impression. When I came in, there was a “will be back, busy helping a customer” sign or something similar, so I sat down patiently waiting and after a while, I’m like “???”. I then start hearing loud talking and laughing around the corner, and it turns out everyone was in the back having a good ole time and not caring about who may be in the lobby waiting! The lady comes out (talking on the phone), sees me, and holds her finger up as to signal “one moment” and goes in another part of the hotel still having her phone conversation. At this point, I’m annoyed. My flight had just landed, and I was exhausted. And I think that because the front desk worker was startled and rushing after she saw me and was trying to get herself together because she knew I was waiting a while, she screwed up something in the computer and messed up my hotel bill/charges....and I ended up having to go back and try to fix the issues and call my credit card company, etc. Our room looked nice, however, every time you walked into the room, there was an awful smell...like mold of some sort. At first, my friend and I thought it was us just overthinking, but nope! Every time you entered the room, right in the doorway, there was a horrible, pungent smell! Throughout the rest of the room, you didn’t smell anything—always when you first walked in, which was very odd. And not cool. One particular day, we get this knock on the door from “hotel security” about us having our little bag of trash outside by the door. Now, we did not know where to put our trash due to Covid-19 situation, so I just sat the bag outside to make it easier for housekeeping to come pick it up, since they weren’t coming in the room. I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong....but someone called security on us or something!!!!! And we were scared to even open the door.

Front staff was great with a BIG SMILE :) The room that we booked had a STRONG smoking smell :(, luckily the front staff helped us and moved us to another room that it was just right... :)

The staff was so nice and accommodating. We arrived early and were able to check in early. Convenient location.

I recommend putting some sort of hallway markers or signs where the elevators are. It's frustrating to be searching for this when travelling and many things are on ones mind.

We have stayed at this location every time we come into Dallas. I used to be happy with it. I like the location. I liked they offer breakfast. I was disappointed at the amount it cost for the look of the room.

The hotel used to feel more inviting with cookies out and hot coffee in the lobby. There were no cookies and the coffee was lukewarm. It was obvious by the repair job that the room had water damage being the ceiling and bathroom door showed signs. We booked for 7 days and only two towels and two rags were stocked.

The hotel was clean the breakfast was good and the service was great in a great location. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

They charge double my credit card. First I pay $566.69?from my credit card and they charge me again $586.19. I called they hotel Management but they totally ignored me. So I have to call back again booking.com. I don’t know when I will get my Money back. They hire people from Balkan Rassia and those people don’t understand proper English or customer service. I gave my Mastercard credit card to the receptionist Nicholas when checking in, and he didn’t understand how to read the simple logo on the credit card. Hotel Manager Polina is extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this Hotel.

It was very clean. Staff was very nice.

The sofa couch was like sleeping on nothing but springs. Not heavy enough blankets. Not very good assortment of snacks and drinks to buy. The bed wasn’t the best to sleep on either. Woke up back hurting.

It is old building, the restroom in my room it was horrifying, hair everywhere, in the sink and on the floor.
